No More Pipes Till May.....

Mso: three days can be a long time for some. I am pretty sure jkrug will have two more pipes by then. As tempted as I am on the long Canadians I think I am holding out for something else and I hope it takes me a few months to find out what that "else" is.

Frozen: Ha ha. Nope. I have not bought any pipes this months... but I was close a couple of times!
I had this pipe in my basket but walked away and it was gone an hour later.
Maybe I don't have PAD? Phew

My wife gave me a Ropp apple -- red stain, red stem for Christmas -- and I've been so impressed with its smoking trsits, a tight draw but in a good way, a really nice pipe.

I only got 3 pipes in April, that's less than one a week, deplorable behavior for someone who fancies themself as a pipe collector. I'm going to try and make up for it in May since I too have a birthday coming up. There's a couple I've got my eyes on now and all I need is the loot, a small problem since I still have both of my kidneys.

Nice pipe fmgee. Oddly enough I haven't bought a pipe yet in May. Wife and I are going to A.E. Carey's in Ohio on thursday so that is sure to change soon. Enjoy your new pipe when it arrives. ::

Indeed it is May and as it turns out I eneded up buying a pipe tonight off Smokingpipes. I was lucky enough to get one of the Bruyere St Claude pipes that have been appearing and then vanishingly in a flash as of late. It is a Bruyere St Claude Extra Acorn and it's a little beauty! I am so excited that I managed to get one of these pipes. Will post a couple pics when I get it. :D

I have the same problem except my girlfriend isn't an enabler. She likes my pipes, but we are trying to save and I can't stop either! I keep saying this is the last one too. But for me this last one is really the last one till May also (Chicago Pipe Show). I think from now on I will only buy at a show. So I will save money and make a nice score at the show!
