Iv been of the forum for a bit. Am I still on the list? Or was that part of the old box pass that disappeared.
Gunnar, looking back through the list that I inherited, I see the following:

This usually occurs because the person hasn't completed one of the requirements, like introducing themselves to the thread, or reading the entire thread. Since I wasn't involved with the Box Pass during this time, I have no further insights.
I am, however, more than happy to add you to the Box Pass list. Please read the post below and get back to me via PM.

The Rules of Engagement (updated 10-12-14)
Here are the basics: The Box Pass is a box that has a large variety of tobaccos for you to sample. It is sponsored by the members, not PipesMagazine.
In the hopes of mitigating, or at least limiting, disaster befalling the box, we’ve established a set of rules. If you want to join the Box Pass queue, you must read and agree to these rules, pay attention to the thread and follow it closely. This is not hard to do, just "Favorite" it by clicking on “Add This Topic To Your Favorites” at the top of this page. Drop a friendly note on this thread every now and again, we like hearing from you.
Do not sign up if you do not have a stable address, will be moving soon, are going to school out of state, are liable to be abducted by aliens, etc. Do not sign up if you have any doubts about your ability to follow these rules. You need to be an active, established member on here to show that you will be sticking around, and are trustworthy. The previous boxes that were "lost", were the result of not having the above attributes. Favorite this thread, stay active on it, and make sure you're posting when your turn comes around in order to avoid being dropped. The list administrators reserve the right to drop anyone from the list who doesn’t toe the line, including themselves.
The Box Pass Commandments:
If you want to be included, you must meet the following requirements.
Before you are approved to join the Box Pass, Thou MUST:
1. Be a member for a minimum of 4 months.
2. Have a post count of at least 100 posts.
3. Have the financial resources to spend $20-25.00 on shipping the box to the next person. You must also have the resources to replenish whatever you have removed from the box with product of similar or better quality.
4. Live in the U.S.A.
5. Post a message to this thread AND PM Woodroad stating your desire to be included in The Box Pass
6. PM Woodsroad your:
Full name
screen name
address
email address
phone number
Your phone number will not printed on the list, or on the forum. You might receive a phone call if something goes amiss.
7. Thou mayest only join quarterly.
Upon your approval to join The Box Pass:
Thou MUST:
8. Follow this forum thread
9. Post your ability to receive the box
10. Be active on the list when it is your turn to receive the box
When You Receive The Box
Thou MUST:
11. Post when the box is received
12. Post pics of the contents, and share your impressions with the thread
13. Contribute an amount equal to what you’ve enjoyed, back to the box
14. THOU SHALT NOT keep the box longer than 2 weeks
When You Are Ready To Move the Box:
Here’s how we do it:
1. Do not PM the next person in line. If they are not active on the thread, they will be bypassed.
2. PM Woodsroad that you are ready to move the box to the next lucky recipient.
3. Wait for a response. Woodsroad will give you the name and address of the next person in line.
4. Post to the thread that you are ready to move the box to (name that you were given).
5. Wait for that next person in line to reply to the thread before mailing the box.
6. You MUST use a USPS Large Flat rate Box. Post the tracking info to the thread
7. Under no circumstances should the box be mailed out before conferring with Woodsroad. Do not mail the box before the next person in line replies to the thread.
8. Thou will have fun, despite all the rules.
Now get out there and SMOKE SOMETHING NEW!
I wasn't very active for the first half of the year. Probably why..but yes I'd love to be a part of the box pass.
