I just took the Sutliff quiz and it suggested Molto Dolce. I am going to order some of this because another member on this forum sent me a couple Sutliff samples and I like them a lot.
Now my question for the tobacco veterans... What are some other tobaccos that are similar to this blend if you have smoked it.
On their website this is the description.

Molto Dolce

Suffice it to say Molto Dolce is the Cream of the Crop. A rich and creamy texture of vanilla, caramel, and honey is applied to Burley, Virginia, and Black Cavendish.

Just ordered a new tin of Molto, should be arriving shortly :)
I also got a tin of the Moulin Rouge, and while I dont think it smells as potent as the Molto, it still has a very sweet and smooth aroma to it. Have yet to give it a taste, was hoping to do so tonight with a nice glass of red velvet wine after dinner.
I'll report back!

I'm hoping someone out there can suggest tobaccos similar to these and I find my true love.
Two other tobaccos that the survey suggests are Bacchanalia and Tabac Noir, the descriptions of these tobaccos are as follows.
Bacchanalia

If ever there should be a blend worthy of the Roman God of Wine that blend is Bacchanalia. In consensus among wine connoisseurs and smokers alike, this fine Burley and Virginia blend is worthy of lasting admiration.
Tabac Noir

Exotic best describes this unique Black Cavendish, for it is dark, flavorful and strikingly unusual. While there are countless all Black blends on the market, the meticulous formulation of nine flavors ranks this complex blend as perhaps the finest.
Cheers

I am also a huge fan of Molto Dolche. If you want to try a blend very similar to, but much cheaper than MD, try Altadis' Creme Brûlée. I enjoy it as is and also mixed 50/50 with Altadis' Chocolate Mousse.

That's what their questionnaire suggested for me as well. I've never had any of their blends, but I'd be interested in trying that one. Let us know how you like it.

Peterson's De Luxe mixture has some similar flavors with the addition of walnuts. It is also very sweet. Nice with coffee.

I'm also a big fan of Molto Dolche. Four tins are in the cellar. I do not know of any blend which would come close. If you want to try a nice aromatic blend where taste and scent are close to being the same I want to suggest Lane's Hazelnut or Raspberry.

Canadianbiggame: Yes, Sutliff. And Barbados Plantation is good, too, though I'd decrease the vanilla taste just a little and let the rum shine through even more. Either way, it's very good. I like Molto Dulce, but I enjoy BP even more.

First taste I was in love with Molto dulce! Then I fell out of love and was in like with it.....then I used it to mix with other tobaccos to sweeten them up. I need to re visit it and see how I feel about it. It has been a while....

I got a free sample tin from Sutliff back when they were running their giveaway - finally opened it and had some, and it's quite nice. Can't really say what else it might be like, as the only thing I've smoked that's anywhere close is 1Q (and mostly because it's an aromatic that actually tastes pretty good)...

1Q? I've heard a few other members mention this tobacco as well. Who does it come from and what type of tobaccos are in the blend?

I enjoy MD. Its not an everyday smoke for sure, but its a nice treat. My favorite aromatic by far is Lane Limited Black Raspberry. I'm gonna have to try Altadis' Creme Brûlée. Thanks for the recommendation.

Based on recommendations found here and other sites, I have placed orders for several different tobaccos (in separate orders so they will be coming in over the next week, I suppose).
The first to arrive came yesterday - Lane Bulk 1-Q, Dunhill Early Morning and Molto Dolce.
1-Q and Early Morning both smelled great when I first opened... I'm looking forward to smoking each.
The Molto Dolce, on the other hand, nearly turned my stomach. It smells so rich and sweet... too rich and sweet. I hope it doesn't taste nearly as sweet as it smells! A little sweetness is ok but WOW... the aroma in the tin is overwhelming!
I understand Molto Dolce needs to dry out some prior to lighting up so I'll leave it open today... in another room. LOL
