He did offer an honest critique at first. It was, perhaps, rather abrupt and the commentary about 7ach's family starving was quite unnecessary.
For 7ach, I thought your work was quite striking, visually. I like the rounded top (rim?) - it's not something you see very often. However, I can't speak to its functionality, as I'm not likely to take up the art of handmade pipes my own self. If it's something that makes you happy, then keep plugging away, brother. I'll cheerily admire your efforts from a civilian perspective!
For Foah, I believe you've run afoul of forum etiquette. Being a newcomer my own self, I shall leave it to the veterans to point out how. Critically speaking, you started the commentary on 7ach's effort on a constructive note, then descended into unnecessary bashing, (ie: 'your family will starve'). This was not a comment that provided helpful feedback. Rather, it came across as mean-spirited. I find that when providing critique, leaving the scorn out of the equation will make any expressed opinion come across as intending to provide helpful feedback. Unpleasant editorial commentary serves no purpose apart from making yourself feel better at the expense of others.
