Mixture 79 smells like dip to me. Like copenhagen. Maybe I'm having a stroke or something, but that's what I get every time I take a whiff out of the jar.

Number 7 Broken Flake and CCP unscented would be a 6. I believe the CCP aro would be pretty high up, maybe a 9?

Incidentally, this should tell you how “ unscented” the CCP Unscented is.

Unassigned list. If you've smoked any of these blends, please help us with a rating. Finally, if you disagree with any of the assigned rankings, initiate a debate so we can hammer it out based on consensus of the experienced.

The Honorable Mention list are ones, to my understanding, not actually produced by native Lakelanders, but I've put a numeric value beside them based on your input. If any are actually Lakeland tobacco, please correct me.
Honorable Mentions:
Warhorse (3)

Hyde Park (1)

Stonehenge

Mixture 79 (7)

Stonehenge was a collaboration with John Gawith so it's legit.

It really all depends on how often you smoke Lakelands really. For instance I don’t even taste it in BB2 anymore but I do remember tasting it pretty heavily when I first started smoking it. Now I rate as one of the best VaBur Flakes on the market, it’s got this sweet and sour thing going on that is to die for. I would rate Kendal Flake at about 9. Dark Flake Scented at about 6 (it’s more floral than perfumed, if that makes sense?) I would put Grasmere and Grousmoor at 9 (at least). BCF can differ, I’ve had it be a near 7 and other times a 2 or a 1.
I’m pretty sure Hyde Park is a Gawith product too (not sure if it still is)

I like Durian the fruit but who makes a tobacco scented/flavoured with Durian? I've tried googling etc.

According to TRC, it's manufactured by GH&Co. I wonder if this is still the case, or if that was just for the initial run? Love the stuff, wish I'd bought more than a few tins when it was on sale a couple months ago.

I like this.

I would personally put grousemoor and coniston plug (unscented) one apart, I think grousemoor at #4 and the coniston stays at 5.

I like Bobs at #2, but best brown could possibly be just a 1 for me...

See what the crowd says!

I would think so. The flakes resemble a Lakeland style in terms of size, thickness and feel when rubbing. Doesn't taste like any Pease/C&D VaPer I've had, either.

Just bringing this up to date. Based on input, Hyde Park and Stonehenge have been added as "official" Lakelands. Grousmoor has been reassigned and a few others have been added in.
If you know of any we missed or would like to contest a ranking, please speak up. Also, please review the unassigned and "honorable mentions" at the end.

Well, Embers and alaskanpiper both put Grousmoor at a 5.
Later hawky put it around a 9 (which I didn't see until now) and after that mortonbriar advocated to move it to 4, which I did see.
I've never tried it, so I'm going off of the input here.
Let's confer, my digital brethren. Grousmoor is ____.
jay-roger.jpg

EDIT: I guess I DID see hawy's input, as I just noticed that Grousmoor is currently a 4 AND a 9.
Floor is open for debate, those who have tried it.
