How Cold is "Too Cold?"

I don't know the measurements of the den and I'm too lazy to get up and measure it, but here's a pic to give you a general idea. The filter removes the smoke and some of the smell depending on what blend I'm smoking.

I’m probably not the cold weather champ, but as an exclusively outdoor smoker, I regularly take walks in the sun-zero range during the Wisconsin cold snaps. Today i was able to simply stand outside (in the sun) since the thermometer was at about 10, albeit sub-zero with windchill. I don’t love it, but i don’t hate it either. And it makes me appreciate the spring and summer warmth that much more when it comes back around in April!

Today the temp was in the high 20’s and while I was shoveling snow, the sun came out! It was beautiful! And so was a very nice pipe. Hit the spot. ?

It's 22 tonight at work. Just came in from having a bowl. At home, I will smoke in my shop or in my smoking room in the house but here at work got to deal with the pain.

Winter is tough for me in New England. I smoke 1/2 as much in the winter due to the cold. Moving soon though for perpetual temperate weather. Under 40 is too cold for me.
