I’ll admit I don’t have the time, or more candidly the interest, to read the first 120 posts on this thread. So responding solely on the basis of the title I’ll say my interest in what other people call themselves, or call me for that matter, is so negligible you’d need an electron microscope to see even the faintest outline of a hint of caring. While I highly value humanity in the abstract, in practice my affections are almost entirely limited to family, friends, and the occasional stranger who directly engages my sympathy. So my answer to the OP’s question is “I don’t”.
