Thanks for the welcome and kind words, and welcome to you too to the world and journey of pipe-smoking!Greetings from Brooklyn! I'm in a similar point in the pipe journey, and have been exploring some of the same blends, nice pic!
Thanks for the welcome! And thanks for the recommendation about Escudo -- it has been on my radar, and it's in my online shopping cart for my next order.Hello from Manila!
Nice to see we started out with a very similar selection of tobaccos. EMP and OGS are currently in my top 3 blends in rotation. If you haven’t already, you may want to try Escudo which is my other top selection currently.
Thanks for the welcome! And glad to hear I'm not the only one who jumped into this hobby fast and deep! I think I entered this hobby in that way because I'm curious about the different pipe shapes and the different flavors and aromas of the different tobacco blends, and currently there doesn't exist the equivalent of a tasting flight that you might find in a brewery.Welcome from Central Maryland! We have a common thread of jumping into the hobby fast and deep. Enjoy the ride!
Thanks for the welcome!Welcome from Montana.
Thanks for the welcome! And I have acquired three additional pipes since I first postedMore pipes!!! You must have more pipes!!!!!
Welcome and your welcome
Welcome to the forum. Greetings from Portugal. Thanks for the welcome! That pipe is a Savinelli Clark's Favorite. I got it because I liked the overall shape and the dappling on the acrylic stem.
I haven't opened all the tins or bags in the photo yet, but I've opened and tried the Capstan Blue, OGS, and Presbyterian. I like the Capstan Blue and OGS. The Presbyterian is pretty good too, although I like it a little bit less than the Capstan Blue and OGS. The Bob's Best and Nightcap I didn't quite connect with. And the other ones I haven't opened yet.
What's your favorite pipe and tobacco?
Thanks for the welcome and the advice about Nightcap!Welcome to the forum. Greetings from Portugal.
Looks like you have a fine taste. I love my Presbyterian and my Savinelli Clark's Favorite. That pipe is an excellent smoke. As for the Nightcap I'd advise you to give it some aging time. You will see it will get better and smoother.
