What's your favourite pipe and tobacco?
Made me think. I find that certain kinds of pipe seem to 'like' certain kinds of tobacco, and my acquisitions to date provide me with anything from a totally laid back 90-minute flake pipedream to a standing 10-minute crumble cake quick fix, as time and occasion afford. But... if forced at gunpoint to surrender all my pipes and tobaccos except one of each, I'd be left with Peterson's Irish Flake and my bent Barling Meerschaum billiard.

Favourite pipe and tobacco? I'm still working out what I like, and want different baccies depending on my mood. My favourite pipe is probably my Rattray's Fair Maid, and I probably smoke Solani Aged Burley Flake more than any other blend.

I also prefer Early Morning Pipe to Nightcap (I've gone through 3 tins of EMP in the time it's taken me to get through half a tin of Nightcap) and I'd recommend drying both out thoroughly before smoking

Thanks for the welcome and for noticing the photo! I did spend a little time and mental energy to try to arrange the items and compose the photo in a pleasing way.
Just today I scored a tin of HH Pure Virginia at a B&M. I would've preferred Old Dark Fired or Bold Kentucky but I also got some Dark Twist Roll Cake so it's all good.
