So I opened my email a few minutes ago, and lo and behold, I did indeed get a $50 coupon for the IPSD snafu. I decided to spend the lot on 18 ounces of Gawith & Hoggarth's Kendal Gold Banana. Sounded intriguing, and what the hell, it was free.

I guess I'm just lucky, because I've not had any serious issues with P&C. I had one moderate delay due to the shitty software upgrade they did. Otherwise, everything I've ordered and every offer they made has gone thru smoothly. No complaints.
Maybe some of you have earned shitty karma?

I'm hoping PC gets its online site program working and its shipping department on track. It's a fine tobacco and pipe outlet, and I read their catalog when I need diversion. I've only suffered one dinged tin, but otherwise have gotten orders promptly, filled correctly. Go PC!
