Anyway in the near future we will be integrating this falcon business on our websites and there will be more reliable information for falcons.

Please let us know when this comes about.

I haven't bought a pipe all year, and since the boat is eating all the spending money I'm thinking a falcon is the way to go.

Hey all,
I received the two bowls I ordered. Here are two quick shots. The A1 seems shorter than the original pic and the A4 is taller. I'll fit them to my Falcons and post another pic later.

Okay, I think this seals the deal on the thought of jumping in for those who were too late. They look like they did a fantastic job.

@MeerQueen: The faster you get them on your site, the faster we all can start ordering them for the second batch.

Great, as if the holiday season wasn't crazy enough, now I have to wait (im)patiently by the mailbox. [All for the likely scenario that the bowls won't fit my old school 1930s Falcon so I'll probably have to order a newer stem]

Jgriff. The Falcon with the A1 is from 1957.
I'd like to add... These bowls are feather light. Quality meerschaum.

Out of curiousity, have you weighed either bowl? I'd love to know how they compare to the 17g that my other Falcon bowls are.

All I can say is WOW, Meerqueen you have totally shocked me, I will get some of these sometime I can scrape the money up for them! It's nice to have a reputable, quality meer dealer after hearing about all the bad ones.

A1 = 13.9g

A4 = 17.9g
I have a few unused Falcon Briar bowls. They range from 16g to 22g

Fantastic. While 3 grams doesn't sound like alot for the A1. I have a similar briar bowl and 3g less will be alot more comfortable for clenching.
This bodes well. I'm as excited for these as I've been with $300 briars.

I'm going to go with the A4 :) Can't really afford this, so I might just get the bowl before the Falcon! lol

Look at the UK vendors. The shipping isn't bad and by the time you take the VAT out, the prices for separate Falcon stems and bowls aren't bad at all.
