Of course... the very nature of pipesmoking is the exclusivity, and we have to keep the riff raff out of the hobby.pipe smokers look down on pipe smokers!
of which I could elaborate more and more upon
They have to...the pipe smoking section is in the lowest rungs of hell.Do devilworshipers look down on pipesmokers?
You don't need a phone to use TikTok, and you can upload long form content from PC (It seems no one is willing to say exactly how long a video can go).I do not own a cell phone nor will I ever so TikTok and Instagram is a no go. I already have a thriving YT channel but no tobacco related stuff on it. I was going to use my podcasting and community influence to start another YT channel and try to help revive the art of smoking a pipe.
Only if they're laying down on a table about to be ritualistically disemboweled with a pipe tamper the size of a tractor differential.Do devilworshipers look down on pipesmokers?
Where the demons are the smokers and the damned are the kindling. They have to...the pipe smoking section is in the lowest rungs of hell.
Isn't that one of the latest tobacco graphic warning label images?Only if they're laying down on a table about to be ritualistically disemboweled with a pipe tamper the size of a tractor differential.
Shhh! Don't give 'em any ideas.Isn't that one of the latest tobacco graphic warning label images?
You hit the nail on the head. Any video longer than 10-15 seconds is utterly boring - Unless special care is taken to make it look like a documentary.I find nothing appealing about watching a monologue about anything, pipe smoking or otherwise.
My thoughts....if you already have an audience [which you claim to be trying to bring with you to a pipe exclusive channel to promote the hobby to a new group], why not use the platform you already have to see if they will put up with you rambling about pipes, and tobacco. If you want to promote pipe smoking, one the best ways is to go places ...in public...that we haven't been banned from yet....don't be a dick...and let the general public see you smoking a pipe as if it was actually a part of everyday life. Sorry, there is no fame or sponsorship involved with taking your pipe for a walk in the park on Spring afternoon.I have a successful podcast and an up and coming YT channel Your thoughts?...
Majority of my audience doesn't even smoke hence not trying to bring them specifically but the communities I engage with. Plus I do my podcast indoors and I do not smoke indoors. In addition, I do not wish to create just a playlist on my existing channel. Regardless of the fact, I am going to create a separate channel and bring new energy to the community and rattle cages along the way. I just thought I would get insight from the forum that's all.My thoughts....if you already have an audience [which you claim to be trying to bring with you to a pipe exclusive channel to promote the hobby to a new group], why not use the platform you already have to see if they will put up with you rambling about pipes, and tobacco. Hmmm, I'm not a YT fan to begin with, so I may just be misunderstanding, but are you suggesting people who don't have much experience smoking a pipe start their own programs? Who would this be geared towards? I'm barely able to watch so called experts on there, so it would be really hard for me to watch a newbie.
What sorts of things would a newbie have to offer the Pipe Community?
And Dan.. Dans vids are good stuff.
Same guys throw out cigs at the kids parade? Why does anyone feel the need to spread the gospel of pipes and tobacco? I never understood that.
