Montreal breaded loin chops, roasted tomatoes, and slightly overdone citrus roasted new potatoes

Going to make my wife's favorite. BBQ chicken sandwichs. Marinade the pounded chicken breasts in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sriracha for 5 hours. Grill chicken top with slice of ham and swiss cheese. Serve on bun with garlic mayo and dill pickle slices.

I made a big pot of kitchen sink gumbo last night, digging stuff out of the freezer to throw in the pot.

That Gumbo looks great. Good cold weather food. We’ve been doing the same, pulling stuff out of freezer stored for the pandemic. Found some old chickens, look out Chicken and sausage Gumbo.

Probably the only way I would order or make jägerschnitzel over just schnitzel.
Cant get good mushrooms here!
