You lost me at anchovies.Korean noodle in anchovies/seaweed broth with fried tofu and egg. Broth takes some work, but sure beats powder stuff out of a pouch.
It's different from Italian anchovies we typically see. It's not salty nor is it strongly fishy. It's dried and used for number of different dishes. Never strong fish smell.You lost me at anchovies.
