Happy Birthday.
Thank you.
Took a day off work on the actual day which was lovely.
Especially when my wife took me out to lunch.
Happy Birthday.
Happy birthday! I hope you had the grandest of days with good food, wine, and company!Just celebrated my 72nd birthday.
I average 4 bowls per week with a rotation of around 200 pipes.
Not going to LOOK at a virgin meer - unless someone can guarantee me a lifespan like Methuselah

I've noticed that the shade of the coloration does change with tobacco types.@Chasing Embers gets really good coloring results. Mine all seem to turn this rather pleasing 'turd' brown hue but that may be down to my consumption of plug and twist which all have a high moisture content as opposed to more commercial tinned tobaccos on the market! YMMV.

Well, it's really dirty, which detracts from its natural beauty. You could wash it by hand in warm water, a dishcloth and mild detergent.@geoffreybeene @lukasstrifeson
The experiment is still on, but it has become maddeningly slow. Also, it is turning darker than I expected (I expected a coffee color)
After 806 bowls it looks like this. Compare that to the cigar holders I posted above

I will do that, but this is actually coloring dark. Will do this weekend and see if it makes a differenceWell, it's really dirty, which detracts from its natural beauty. You could wash it by hand in warm water, a dishcloth and mild detergent.
Please take before and after photos in the same light!
