I definitely think having a go with the brown twist. It’s great tobacco. In fact, I think you should make the most of having access to what comes out of Kendall and slowly work your way through the entire range, from shags to plugs. Even buying them in 10g samples from GQ
@Ahi Ka I remember you saying if I wasn't smoking Cannon Plug in my clay then I'm not the Clay King:)

Damn it. I was right, Ahi Ka, she went from a beautiful girl in profile, to a kiwi. Other forum mates also change their profile pictures very often, and I don't know who they are anymore. For the love of God, will you guys stop messing with your profiles. We are adults, this is a tobacco forum, not toys and fruits.
To be addressed personally by you is an honour. As for my profile pic, that’s just a close up of my areola

@aspiring_sage Who do you think will win the England vs New Zealand smoke-off?
Need some more practice with regard to packing, lighting and slow smoking; the Clay King WILL get the hang of it! No big clouds of clay pipe smoke though; it burns your baccy too fast!
I can’t predict who would win, but I see the the odds in favor of New Zealand.

I had a dream that I bought a clay and was clenching it by mistake. If I can find one locally you may get a US entry as well.

Ok Dan, since you’re having a better time smoking st Bruno RR I’ll get a pouch.

I have been enjoying twist in my clay this week but I found my favourite way to smoke it is 5 mins clenching and then put the pipe down for 5 mins.

I opened a pouch of RR today which has been vacuumed sealed since 2019. It is as moist as the day it was packed.

Despite going deep (by NZ standards) The only Bruno I have smoked prior to this was some bulk jarred up from the 80s. Holy moly, I knew it would be my desert island smoke! The perfect mix of mellowed Kentucky, bbq, tang, a touch of an essence similar to that in coniston cut.

I smoked it in my Kirsten this morning, but have got my clay ready to fire it up tomorrow evening. 🤙🏼
