Alright then, since there seems to be at least three of us, let's see if we can get a group together. I'm willing to do the legwork and find a location somewhere central to all of us that we can get together at. I'll find a place that'll let us smoke, either on the patio or even better inside.
So please respond with

1) Your area in the metroplex. I don't need an exact address, but at least the city would be helpful. Or PM it to me so I can start a map with little pins (no.. you do not get the pick the color of your pin)

2) Would you prefer to get together for coffee mid-morning, lunch, dinner or just drinks one evening.
If we get some guys lined up, we can probably plan for something in March or so. And no.. this is not the start of a pipe club (yet).

I took George Bush from where it used to end at Firewheel around to 30 for the first time the other day.

The sad part is, they started working on the damn thing when I was still in high school.

Crpntr, I have family out there in Canton.

When I'm not in Afghanistan I live in Weatherford. I'm at the Flying Saucer and Fox and the Hound in downtown Fort Worth at least once a week when I'm in town. Both places are pipe friendly indoors (well, the FS has a covered, heated patio, but it's as good as indoors and the beer selection is the best in town).

I'm alllllllll the way down in San Antonio. That's too far of a drive for me.
Have an extra beer for me! 8)

Kamikaze: Weatherford... that would make it quite a drive if we end up doing something in the North Dallas / Plano area. We've got 3 on the Northeast Side, one Canton, one on the West side. There a really good pub in downtown plano with a great beer selection. Not much of a patio though. We'll figure something out.
And then Spartan all the way South ;-) We'll have a bowl and a beer for ya..

Well, you guys won't have to worry about me for a while. I'll be out of town until at least may/june. Probably closer to September though. But I'm used to driving :) I sold my 2005 altima before I came out here. I was the only owner and it had 230,000 miles on it.

GMTA (Great Minds Think Alike).
I love Fillmore.. but they don't have a good patio to sit and relax. Two Brothers is nice, but no beer, although I think you can BYOB. Does Kelly's allow smoking on their patio ?

I'm a Brit in Grand Prairie but currently out of work, so I won't be able to join you but will smoke a bowl at home when you meet!
EDIT: That Two Brothers cigars looks awesome!
