I'll update that I found another tobacco jewel, 2019 HH Acadian Perique.

I snagged enough for 2 bowls and am really glad I got to taste it; I always thought it would be pleasant to my palate - and indeed it was.

I definitely appreciate your help, but I've looked everywhere for the 3 bars, but all I can find is the 3 dots that show more options...

3 Bars is to much temptation for me so I'll just have 3 Bowls....besides, when it comes to computers, I couldn't find my ass with 2 hands!!

I got my 200 posts finally! I should be good for the 2024 box pass, and have learned more about how the forum, (not the members) works.

I still have some trouble navigating the forum and finding my past posts to see the replies members have made.

Does anyone have a used owners manual they don't need for the forum?

Anyone else have any comments about finding a great blend to taste and enjoy as a result of this passing game?
I'm still enjoying mine and have many to go; as stated I've found a couple of winners.
Even as I've learned there are a couple I'll not need to buy a tin of to find out...

Tasted another delicious blend from the box last night: Peter Heinrichs Curly Block from 2018.

It represents an under the radar blend for me that I would purchase in the future.

Just got back from the post office, that was a lot of heat sitting at my house. My wife was super sad to see all that tobacco leave. She really liked how I explained the different components to our 7 and 3 year old. They both agreed that latakia smells like "camping", but I think she was starting to think it smelled like divorce.

They were gone when I got the box and you supplied more "after" I sent it on...

I'm not sure if I got any of that.... I'll have to look. Work has been stressful and I want to save these blends until I can relax with them and give them what they deserve

Maybe you said it before, but did you flue-cure that before fire-curing it?

No, it won't work that way. The sugars would already have been set. I used the smoke as part of the flu curing process. The first Virginias used an open fire also. So, this should be pretty close to the original Virginias.

The Condor plug was gone but I did sample some of the Happy Brown Bogie and Brown Irish Twist and enjoyed them so much that I have since purchased a supply of my own.

I have become quite fond of Bob's Chocolate Flake. Just enough Latakia to be interesting without overpowering the blend. The light cocoa and floral essence tops everything off nicely.
