After 6 days of labor tinning Latakia blends, BROBS is offered a reward. A Virginia blend to smoke at his leisure. He takes the tin and discovers it is a Virginia made by C&D.In purgatory Brobs has to handtin Blackhouse. On his off days….he has to tin Prince Albert.

Agree...."Limited"..."from the Crop of 2000"...And in the cigar world...."Rolled on the thighs of Cuban Virgins".Yay, another Balkan, if slightly tweaked. I’ll pass. I don’t care for gimmicky marketing.
No wayC&D has another new Small Batch out next week as well.

For their latest Small Batch project, Cornell & Diehl salutes its history and legacy with an homage to traditional Burley blends of bygone eras. Honoring historic US Burley growing regions, Small Batch: Eight State Burley begins with a blend of specially selected, matured air-cured leaf from 2015, enhanced by aged Bright and Red Virginias. A mixture of 2005 Sokhoum, Katerini, and Samsun Orientals further elevates the blend, adding a peppery spice to augment the Burley’s inherent nutty character and the sweet tang of the ripe Virginias. Once blended, the mixture is pressed, sliced, and tumbled into an old-fashioned “chop block” or ready-rubbed cut. The official retail launch date for Eight State Burley is Tuesday, May 25th.Which 'un is that? CRF with Perique? Because that would be awesome
Thank you for sharing! I did not find this online or in my email, so definitely good to know what's coming down the pike. For their latest Small Batch project, Cornell & Diehl salutes its history and legacy with an homage to traditional Burley blends of bygone eras. Blasphemy !!! ?Orientals are the worst tobacco second only to Latakia.
Got some in but may be a bit until I get to it..So, cut to the chase...has anyone tried this yet and is it any different from the 'regular' BH? How are the aged orientals likely to change the flavor profile? Inquiring minds want to know!
