Unfortunately I looked at Harris' list and tried them.....then I purchased a bunch. That's how I got sucked in.
Lol Harris doesn't even put his favorites on his list anymore, too many people copying him. The guy drives tobacco stocks up. He should be paid to list his tobacco's.

I have to say, it is pretty funny how word gets out about blends and people flock to them. 18 months ago I was buying BCDF at 30 tins at a time, and I mean there was still lots left to buy.
I know what you mean. That was the story on Esoterica tobacco five years ago.
There is only one flake now that I am actively seeking that just eludes me[.]
Kingfisher.

Thanks @cmdrmcbragg - both OGS and Klondike Gold are also on my list; I really should just enjoy what I can get!

Epicure in Calgary has a healthy stash of Germain's Brown Flake. One tin can be yours for $47.50.

Let me know if you are interested... and shipping is not included

This is how I imagine Peck stocks up on BCDF.

Ska- I was merely saying 2 at a time isn't worth it to pay shipping for me so I'm thankful SPC lets you get 10 at a time. I'm also glad you gave the heads up on this for others, I think it's one of the best flakes out there.
Happy smoking bro.

This thread was to inform people of it being in stock. I see no relevance in your original comment.

I have to agree limit 2 is really lame. Especially since most people want free shipping. The limit should be what the free shipping equivalent is. 10 tins = roughly $100. Also 4 Noggins does not give you a discount if you order 5, 10, 25 tins of the same item. The other retailers offer a discount based on quantity. 4 Noggins used to have a 10% off code which helped. But its no longer available.

A 10 tin limit means the stock is gone in 15 min. Which is what happened at SPC. Also, buddy got 20 tins. ..so its really 10 per order.
Its a limited production, you want it bad enough? Pay the shipping. Id agree with a 5 tin limit on every member..credit card or paypal account.
But in reality. Its up to the retailer right?

I wouldn't say that it's a limited production, but simply a particular blend that now sells quickly and is therefore difficult to keep in stock.

Of course they can do whatever they want, its their site / business. Never said it wasn't their choice. It just seems wrong to offer free shipping and then make it unattainable due to some arbitrary number limit. I def agree it is limited production. But I dont have a prob with it being sold out in 15 mins. Just like any limited thing in this world, you gotta hustle to get it.

SPC got in 2 shipments in a matter of 3 days I believe. It wasn't 2 orders on the same day. Hence the 20 tins.
And whenever I order I never go for less than free shipping. So I was glad I got what I did.
And only children call people names by the way. But to each his own. Carry on bud.
