Do it! I plan on expanding my set when my kids get older. It's great fun. In the meantime, I'm really into weathering trains and learning more about that process.
I have a huge number of Kato(N scale)trains. When I was a kid, my Grandfather had a fantastic set-up in the basement ~ and it filled nearly the whole of it. He was a railroad man for decades, and never stopped loving trains. I guess I caught the bug from him.
There were also crossovers in the comics - recent & old

The Elf Quest comics, Spider-Man, and The Flash were my big ones. Image comics came about and Witchblade, The Darkness, and Fathom sucked me in.
I only get to blow out 38 candles this month, but since I have kids I have done things I would never imagine myself doing, including laughing at Peppa Pig videos. So no, I don't think your to old to do anything, like you ain't to young to do anything unless your of legal age, even if that's a stupid decision.
Still pretty young at 38, but a pair of hoop earrings will get the occasional comment, particularly in my pretty corporate world. Have had them for 20 years now and am still fond of them. I’ll probably have them until I die.

Today at a stop light a college kid in car next to me saw me smoking my Butz Choquin calabash and was greatly impressed, especially when I told him it was hand made in France ... he asked what I was smoking and where I got it. I suspect he went off to buy a pipe. Everything old becomes new again. Who knows he may become a member here someday.

I used to go for a regular 30-40min walk around the Sydney Botanical Gardens during my lunchtime.
One day I spied a particularly alluring female form ? ahead and thought it would vastly improve my enjoyment if I followed it around.
Damned near killed me. The chiropractor's bill was so high I hid it from my wife.
