Are there any motorcycle riders out there? I just started last year and I love it. I started my bike up last week and have been riding it regularly since.
I have a 1978 Suzuki GS750, and I love it. I wish it had the original style seat, but this is fine. This year I've gotten a lot more confident on the bike and feel a lot more comfortable getting around on it (I only rode it for a month last year before it got too cold).
Anyway, i'm sold to the bikes, I can see why there are so many die hards. Unfortunately Saskatchewan's SGI (vehicle licenser and insurance) has been proposing to hike up insurance/registration costs over 400%, no word of a lie. The federal government stepped in and said thats too much and now there is discussion going on about it. They said there have been too many accidents. So does that make it right to punish everyone? Even the clean record riders of 30 years? You'd think this province would be encouraging the current trend of motorcycle riding, since its far more economical than driving 4X4's like most people. Obviously in our environment its only practical for half of the year, but still.
Anyway, this is a picture of my bike. One was taken in black and white film, the other exposing the true blue.
