I know this story! I have lived it so many times (Ebay blues). If you were the one who purchased my one and only clover on shank a few years ago, I can find some comfort in that

I bought a nice Kaywoodie from you, a few months ago, that had been re-stemmed. I thought it was the 'clover in shank' one, but my memory is not so great.

That's a replacement stem that @Humblepipe added (and said so clearly in his listing). It is a shape 7782.

I thought you all might get a kick out of this fully functional Kaywoodie Miniature (Apple or Billiard?) pipe, replete with the much maligned stinger. It is unsmoked and will remain so. I suspect you can see why I would want the full set posted earlier.

Not sure if this was a good ebay pick-up, but 9 beat-up pipes, including two Kaywoodies with the clover in the shank, and chopped off stingers, Savinelli Punto Oro with no stem and a Sasieni 'four dot' with no stem. Ehhhh...I was bored.

Here’d a Kaywoodie Thorn with Push Stem and Gold Clover. It’s all the rare rolled into one pipe. A pipe I have to polish the stem on. Lol.

The stinger in my Kaywoodie Drinkless that also serves to screw in the stem is quick to clean and no hindrance in smoking. I ordinarily pull stingers from pipes that come with them, but this one has worked out well. I have no complaints.

My Kaywoodie collection is pretty modest...two Super Grains and one straight fat rhodesian are 4 # models,2 are(Supergrain and Flame Grain) 2# models(42 and 55) and one is Handmade Kaywoodie without any model #...Forgot to include Kaywoodie 500 model 12B from 60s-70s
