I'm about to sneeze and Russ is backing off, 'cause it's headed in his direction. Miles is smoking 4 pipes at the same time. Les is about to slip that entire bag of Country Gentleman into his jacket. John remarked that Russ's blend wasn't ketchupy enough, so the waitress brought more.

A PLEA:
Some of you may be following The Box Pass. It's a twisted tale of woe and intrigue, as a homeless box of tobacco and associated paraphernalia criss-crosses the country in search of love and friendship. It's been a roller coaster ride, with some great boxes filled with choice stuff making the rounds of ecstatic members...only to disappear, at times, mysteriously into the abyss. Well, we've tightened up the rules and protocol a bit and are looking forward to a great ride this time around. I have the box now, and it's looking good, but we need some more list members. If you are interested, and I hope that you are, please read the latest update for instructions.
Of course, if you just want to live vicariously, and be content to just watch your Bag O'Baccy travel around the country, I'm looking for box contributions. Scour the cellar for something that you can pitch in and bring it with on Monday evening. Tins or bulk, doesn't matter, it all gets repacked into mylar ziplocs.
We have a great group going for the Box Pass, we'd love to have y'all join in.

You'd better be there. Tonight is election night and no-shows are guaranteed positions of responsibility. Some topics to discuss as a group like joining the United Pipe Clubs of America and other such nonsense.
LOL I've just read this whole thread and I'm determined to join a meeting of this pipe club. Looks like a great bunch of guys having the best time! Got to work out flights from London and whether I can blag a visit to our NYC office to help bear the load, but I'm on the case. How long does the flight take from NYC to your local airport?

Andy: I can't imagine a flight to Allentown from NYC would be more than 25 minutes. It's just a over an hour in a car. The group and location is outstanding, you won't be disappointed. If you can arrange this, let us know and I'll definitely schedule to be there as well. I'm overdue to attend this fine club meeting!
Andy, We're about 2 hours from JFK Int'l and 75 minutes from Liberty Int'l (nee Newark airport). There is a direct bus service from Newark. If you can get to the States we'll get you out here to the beautiful Lehigh Valley.
