Another great night of pipes, blends and beers. Russ O. treated us to a sneak peak, or smoke as it was, of his next new blend. The Va/Per folks are in for a very smooth and tasty experience. Release date is several months off.

Yes, a good time was had by all. I met several good folks that I previously knew by PM name only. Nothing like sitting around swapping blends, looking at each others pipes, and talking about pipe smoking. :

Looks like a good gathering and a nice meeting spot. If I lived a little closer I'd make the drive as I'd love to meet Russ O. and the rest of you for a smoke. I'm probably 2-1/2-3 hours west of there. Keep us updated!
Sounds like a bit of a drive for you, setter. There is a nice bridge near the place that looks pretty comfy for a night's rest or grab a nap at the Sands casino about 5 minutes away.

Papipeguy, I could always combine a trout fishing excursion along with a visit out that way. If you ask my wife she'd tell you I've driven much further to do "dumber" things. Lol.
setter, one of our group, lestrout, is an avid angler. "Hooking" up with Les could be great fun for you. He usually hits the streams and rivers near here before the meetings.
