Site hosting is about 200 bucks a year, more if you have a lot of traffic. I've hosted a few sites with .net and sql server for that off and on over the years. The website is probably archived. You would have to google website archive or something. I forgot the name of the archive site. Of course the photos will not be archived and the css is probably missing. I've seen some of my old websites there from 10+ years ago and I would have never guessed they would have been chosen to be archived.
