I didn't think so at first (the bidder has several bids on each of a couple other sellers' auctions), but I remember now that this seller has sold the SAME pipes multiple times. I noticed this about a year ago. So maybe it is a shill bidder.

I think this is a "real" Jess C. Shape and size seem in his range. Stamping looks the same like the stamping on mine does. Most important: The stemwork looks fitting - especially the lip. A shot of the slotwork would have been very helpful, since Jess' slotwork is very characteristic.
The only thing that slightly bothers me is the rim of the bowl.. Most Jess rims are rounder, but this might be due to the Bulldog shape..

How about this one? It's the same seller with another Jess pipe. I had it on my watch list a few weeks back but the seller must have cancelled the listing, hmmm. But maybe someone can tell if this one is a fake, it has good pictures.

It's the same seller who was caught putting Chinese fakes up on ebay a couple of weeks ago. I notice that the pipe was pulled from auction because it's "no longer available". I wouldn't buy anything from this seller.
