Happy <preferred winter festival> everyone.
I think the screen door got shut, seems to have gone up in smoke. Ah no, simply fell by the wayside.
Earlier today I was in the Chick-fil-A drive thru where they had someone in a little booth taking orders. It was a long line, business is good it seems. When it was my turn the young man looked at me with my smoldering pipe and informed me that smoking wasn't allowed on their property. I smiled, removed my pipe from my mouth, placed it in it's holder on the dash and placed my order. I wished him and everyone else I dealt with today face to face a merry Christmas.
It was a rather small curved pipe that blended right into the beard, so pretty discrete and nothing skunky was wafting his way. When will their hateful oppression stop?

You achieved a level of graciousness in that situation I probably wouldn't have.
And a level of graciousness quite inappropriate for Festivus!

Recognized that intersection immediately! SE corner of Sunset and Highland, right smack dab in the middle of Hollywood. I also recognized the dance studio directly above the insane PETA drone's head, as I briefly made out with their African-American receptionist circa 2011. True story!

Those who were deemed "ineligible" were simply the unfortunates whose packages happened to be on this truck when tragedy struck.

I've noticed that a lot of the big price spikes come when the US markets are closed. The Asians are buying hand over fist while the Americans are asleep at the wheel. As usual!

If there's a big market drop in the near future (as many are expecting) there may be a corresponding but temporary drop in the metals price. If so it will be a short-lived buying window.

I thought those graphs I posted would just be static snapshots of where it was at that time. I didn't realize they would keep updating.
Silver has actually broke $75 at the moment...up over $3 just since spot opened a little over 2 hours ago...holy crap.
