I don't think 1792 is a good example of a Lakeland blend at all. Don't get me wrong it's one of my top dogs, I smoke it every single day. It's an amazing smoke but I think the majority of folks would agree that it doesn't belong in the Lakeland category. Plus, it's currently sold out everywhere on the interweb.
I would suggest GH&Co. Dark Flake scented instead. It's got a drastically different flavor profile than Ennerdale yet it is heavily scented with florals (rose would be my best guess). I think that would give you a much better idea of what the Lakeland genre is all about. Grousemoor is a good one and the only one available from Samuel Gawith in the States that I would consider to fall into the Lakeland category. Honestly, Samuel Gawith doesn't have many of them even in England (Cannon Plug and RB Plug). GH&Co. are the kings of the genre.

Whoever makes Brown No. 4 has done a great job, and it has touches of the suppurating Lakeland Essence.
