In the semi-rural NorthEastern USA
I had an assignment in North Central Nevada and thought you might be interested in the variety my home state offers.

Technically it’s ten hours on the road and six on scene.

All pictures are from my cab because the day was long enough.

Not pictured Gas, Food and Fire Scene.

Northern Nevada
Thanks for posting! Empty & looks like Home! For those who don’t know, the state song is
“Home Means Nevada”

Way out in the land of the setting sun
Where the wind blows wild and free
There's a lovely spot, just the only one
That means home sweet home to me

If you follow the old kit Carson Trail
Until the desert meets the hills
Oh you certainly will agree with me it's the place of a thousand thrills

Home means Nevada, home means the hills
Home means the sage and the pine
Out by the Truckee silvery rills
Out where the sun always shines

Here is the land that I love the best
Fairer than all I can see
She's deep in the heart of the Golden West
Home mean Nevada to me

The photos were lovely!! Nevada can be a lovely place!!

The last photo is a little odd. It is either saying "Thank, god, I'm out of Nevada" or it's telling you go to hell back there.

My wife and I drove through Nevada on the way back from our honeymoon. We were floored by how beautiful it is. I think a lot of people just think it's a desert, but it has a variety of nature to experience.
