Last night the spirit of Som Besths came upon me. We were at a nativity exhibit and I saw that there was Christmas karaoke set up on a stage. I went straight up and blasted the Queen herself.
I learnt a few things:
1) Karaoke works best when you aren’t sober - or at least the majority of the audience have access to alcohol.
2) Karaoke works best when there are lots of people there for karaoke, and not participating in a reflective religious tradition
3) Karaoke works best when you know the words and general melody of the song you choose - just because I have heard this number upwards of fuckteen million times every year since I started kindergarten, i found the hard way that I don’t actually know more than a couple of lines
4) Karaoke works best when I don’t do it

The parcel I can only assume is my SS gift has been floating around Louisville since the early morning hours of the 10th.

Usps informed delivery sent me a notification that I had a package inbound from Montana and your "package sent" post popped up here within a minute or so. I made an educated guess with the sherlock emoji, and then you confirmed it.
I’m home from a week-long business trip and what is waiting for me? A pile of boxes, including a box from one of our most prolific, irreverent and funny members.

I'm glad that it pleases, and I hope that you enjoy. The tobaccos were just some stuff that I had setting around collecting dust, ha ha. The fire cured Virginias I thought you might appreciate. It has a very unexpected floral or fruitiness to it. I had made a post years ago about using stacked drums with parts from a smoker to cure them. I only did a few pounds, but was surprised at how well it turned out. It makes an excellent blending tobacco as well.
The tamper is sterling and moonstone. Everyone needs a Cosmic Tamper, ha ha.

The spirit of Som Besths overwhelmed me, and I decided to open my gift. 
Right off the bat, I knew I was dealing with someone equally filled with the Som Besths spirit, as they took time to individually wrap each item. I also couldn’t help but notice that their gift-wrapping skills far exceed my own. Wrapping round tins ain’t easy, I’ve tried!
And oh me, oh my, what a haul of Christmas cheer!
First, I’m a sucker for any blend associated with Christmas. Santa’s Sack is one I’ve yet to try. Very much looking forward to it. In fact, got a few pinches of it drying as I type.
The Jackknife Plug is a blend that just recently hit my radar, and WAS on my list to buy the next time a GLP sale rolled around
I purchased one tin of Phantom Privateer when it dropped, because FOMO. After all the rave reviews, however, I was kinda wishing I’d grabbed a few more. Very grateful to add one more!
And finally, the “piece of resistance” (to quote the LEGO movie). Good ol’ St James flake. One of my favorites, and ALWAYS glad to get a bit more of that.
The cherry on top. A cool little tamper made from an empty shell casing. As a bit of a firearm enthusiast, I think it’s pretty great

Actually, I was in my camper because I had to put in a new TV because the old TV broke. So the mailman came at the same time so I figured I would open it up in the camper.
Yes, it was a great hoard. My secret Santa did some research and everything was wonderful.
