    Tobacco Storage

Hmmm.... I've been looking at this topic for a while. I recently discovered the Galwaith First Virginia Flake is shipping again in 250 gm boxes. I am looking at storing them long term, i.e. maybe socking away 5 or 10 boxes a year. Ideally I would like to just seal the boxes up with the tobacco...

    Any Car Restorers Out There?

I've been known to have an affinity for old cars. I'll let you guess what the manufacturer is but these are what I like. I like to find them in a #3 condition or so and have a mechanical restoration done. This way I can take them out for daily driving duties on not be picky about people...

S.G. Best Brown Flake and Full Virginia Flake

It's good to see FVF available again. I used to buy it when it was in the bulk section in 1 LB boxes. Then it disappeared ...I didn't want to buy it in the tine because it was very reasonably priced in the bulk section. Thanks to this thread I was able to get a couple 250gm boxes on order.

    Vintage tobacco

Ha ha one more you'll like No idea where i got it from. Yeah, it's too bad about that Pebble Cut. It's almost full and you can see the brittle pressed flakes still intact. Too bad there isn't a way to save it. All of this was in a storage bin for 10 years until I moved a couple years ago and...

No affiliation, but, if anyone is looking to add to their collection, there are 5 different years worth of ASP Christmas pipes on Ebay. Just giving a heads up.

    Vintage tobacco

These would have been from 2000...I dunno, they may not be any good any more. As I recall I thought I didn't like St Brunos because I thought it had a perfumey smell. As I gentley shake the sleeve back and forth, it either sounds like the tobacco is all dried out, even though the tins are still...

    Vintage tobacco

I am unpacking boxes from 3 moves ago and I found a box I originally packed n 2001. Unfortunately these were opened and partially enjoyed when I packed them in 2001. These however were not opened...hee..hee..heee...

Oh he77 you guys are right in the middle of everything. I have been looking/considering adding a 2 seat convertible to the fleet. I spent a couple months test driving MG Midgets and MG B's...looking at MG A's and even an MG TD. Out of this group it looks like the MG B is the best option price /...

    24 hours of Daytona ...Yippeee...

I got it in my blood early on. When we lived in Belgium, my father brought a 1963 Chrysler Imperial with him and sold it. He bought 2 Ferrari's a 365 and a 330GT 2+2. In 67 and 68 we drove those to the SPA Francorchamps F1 race and rooted Ferrari on. Been a Ferrari fan ever since, little did I...
