OLD (LIVE) ST.BRUNO TOBACCO TIN...SEALED
:
...somebody gotta great deal on this for $63 shipped, wish I'd seen it!
The old cutter tops are usually very reliable for maintaining vacuum integrity.

Good stuff,
Holy Ghost!
Here's a James B. Russell 4oz tin like yours that the seller was honest about having a compromised seal, it sold for $40,
St Bruno pipe tobacco Tin 4oz
"
Contents still have the St Bruno aroma which is collectible in itself."
Priceless, and true!
I've had a dried out tin from that era and it was quite tasty, although it smoked more like a straight Va. as the St. Bruno special sauce had diminished, yet still very good, I ended up mixing the old stuff with a new pouch for a great effect.
I've seen a JBR-era tin sell for as much as $75 when in fully sealed condition.
I'd say open one up and see how it smokes!
...and you're right about the sugar crystals, it'll probably be covered in crystalline glisten!
Somebody'd give a good dollar amount for such a fine sleeve, I know I would try my best to snag 'em!
