    I used to use them, then gave up as I don't clench that much (actually I can't). They may collect some saliva under them thus promoting bacteria growth IMHO.

    One of the best parts of cigar smoking is tobacco touching your lips, I still can't understand why to put a holder in between. The holder looks cool though.
