Is that a new thing? There are few Zippo models that come with a pipe insert. Zippo lighters have a lifetime warranty, if you send yours for repair they will replace the insert, you may ask for a pipe insert.- jvnshr

Enjoying another cigar I rolled in October. So far, this is the best one I have ever rolled. It is well balanced, the draw is perfect, and no burning issues. I decided to give a try to Hellion line by Oliva today, they had been sleeping in my humidor for a while, received them in a sampler. The construction, draw and burn are all perfect. Both are one-dimensional with no complexity at all. Not recommended.- jvnshr

That one was probably from a new box, I also read that it needs at least 3 years to open up. The thing is, it was neither flavorful nor complex. Aging may improve the taste but it won't fix the cigar. The burn was razor sharp, the draw was perfect though. I would prefer an Oliva Connecticut to...- jvnshr
