    P&C Free Gift Card Promotion

yeah, I keep wondering if their business is really THAT much heavier than smokingpipes.com, or if the purchasing dept just has some problems. It seems SP doesn't have nearly as many out of stocks.

Sextant is awesome too - one of my favorites. I don't know about better, they definitely have their similarities, but not the same for my tastes. Both scratch an itch

    Ron Glass Passed Away

His character of "The Shepherd" in Firefly was very well played and provided much balance to the show. The blaming of a year thing is getting old though. People die all the time.

    Warrior Plug Substitute

I tried some 3Ps years ago. Did not realize it was such a close match. Thanks for the info guys!

    Warrior Plug Substitute

After reading a recent thread about Revor Plug subs, I started wondering about Warrior. I've always found the descriptions of this baccy intriguing, and wonder if there is a (easily available in the US) substitute that will have a similar taste/nicotine/burning characteristics profile. I would...

I still blame you and your minions for introducing me to this blend. It is a good one.

Corona Beer Founder Pays it Forward

VERY nice gesture. Wish I could consider Corona beer, but very cool thing to do.

Finally Found a Churchwarden That I Like!

Nice looking pipe. I sometimes get on a kick where I want a churchwarden also. Never lasts long enough for purchase though. Maybe if I bought more than 1 pipe per year, but another pipe always takes priority.

    HBO TV Series 'Deadwood'.

Yes. Took me the better part of an episode to put that one together.

    Black Frigate @ SP

I often get frustrated that I can't get 1 or 2 tins of a blend because others order 30, but at the same time I do NOT get upset with those people. We all have different buying habits/styles. Just like any product.

I've never had Red & Black, but I have mixed 5100 & 2035 with great results

What would you like to try?

Very nice gesture, R. I'm sure the recipients will enjoy. Happy holidays to you.

    David Jones Pipes

That was so far above and beyond great service I can't even draw a comparison to any situation I heard of before. When I'm in the market for a new pipe I'll definitely be looking at Mr. Jones' pipes. I really like those bents. Good for both of you

    Will you ever stop buying?

I have a very meager "Cellar." Never really cellared a lot, mostly ended up with aged blends accidentally because I got distracted with other blends or forgot about a couple in my closet. So, no, I won't stop buying tobacco anytime soon. I'd love to stockpile my favorite blends by year's end...

    The Metal Mixtures

Happy to see so many people enjoying home made mixtures. I also have a passion for blending and chasing the perfect -for me- blend. Sounds like Deathmetal nailed it!

Whats your favorite smoke RIGHT NOW

Right NOW it's Gaslight. I've also been smoking quite a bit of GH Dark Flake Liquorice for the last month or so. Doesn't quite replace 1792 in my rotation, but close

    P&C Blending Tobaccos

I've had good luck with a couple of the burleys, bright virginia, and latakia
