    I dont think you can go wrong with a small knife to be honest, I find there's much more control. It's pretty easy to avoid scratching the bottom of the bowl to be honest.     Ahh they're two different pleasures. I can pay £4 for a Big Mac and large fries which is one of my favorite foods ever, or I can pay £100 for a steak and a bottle of champagne and enjoy that just as much, but it's just not the same pleasure. It's all rather profligate for me anyway.
