What influences your decision, buttons are different, weight very close, bowl depth same 3/4 x 1 3/8, Cumberland vs ebonite ? I will be breaking it in with Dan Tobac, Sweet Vanilla Honeydew. -

Multi-colored Acrylic Stems - Why?
Here is one of my small Lovat pipes with a Aruba blue saddle stem, no one else liked it, so I kept it for myself. -
Starting a Pipe Repair and Pipe Making Business.
Not a easy field to break into, I speak from a little experience. I have been making pipes for 2.5 years and replacing stems for some of the older fellows chewed up stems. Kiseru Pipes and Kizami Tobacco
To me it's more about the process, You have to ball up a pinch of tobacco, light the cedar split on the candle, get it going then take 4 of 5 puffs. Then you also need a bamboo cup to knock the tobacco ash into. Kinda like the tea ceremony thing.- buzkirk

Leather Pipe Stands
Another option to the screw rivets would be an old pair of cuff links. People don't seem to use them much anymore, so they can be had for cheap at most thrift stores.- buzkirk
