Why Is HU Directors Cut More Expensive Than Other HU Tobacco Blends?
probably more than one reason First off because they can and people pay it Also its good marketing to have a flagship. It helps pull lower cost items up in value I seriously doubt it costs that much more to produce. Its just business.- Sigmund

Overnight tobacco shipping/ vendor response
I can overnight from Europe to the US for that price. It most likely wont make it until 2 days but that is about the cost. If its domestic service that is nonsense they quoted you.- Sigmund

Is Dan tobacco no longer imported?
I dont know but I wouldnt be surpised. A lot of people dont want to bother with tariffs. Its not a lot harder for the shipper...but it is a little more paperwork. My guess is people dont want to pay the additional fees who are doing the importing.- Sigmund

@Roach1 If you have both of those give it a try. About 2/3 Ed G and a third Janneman It works with Directors Cut too but I think its a little better with ED G- Sigmund

Do pipes need to be “Broken In”?
There are so many variables I simply decided not to be systematic as any system would really be more psychological than not. Most new pipes dont taste good the first smoke or two, unless you stick with something somewhat robust to overcome its new car smell. That can be briar, stain, waxes...- Sigmund
