    Cellared Tobacco and "Breathing'

I totally agree on the Old Dark Fired it good when first opened but quite a lot better after resting in the tin. Tobacco is an interesting beast that's for sure.

    Landscape From Foggy

Pen and Ink is a pretty difficult medium to work with as far as drawing goes and you did an excellent piece. Please keep posting more of your work! As someone who majored in studio art I truly appreciate what you do. Like you I also choose to work in many different media from non-ferrous metals...

    An Un-Natural Pipe

Beautiful! I really like the finish and shape. I'm partial to those kinda scoop shapes. I also really like the transition from the shank to stem and like that its not just a straight line where they meet.

Dark Star or St. James Woods...What to Pop Next?

Just cracked the Darkstar...whoa it smells amazing! It has a sour berry kind of smell and definitely the fermented VAs present. Definitely the wettest blend I've seen and from what I've read it will need significant drying time. I don't usually have a lot of time to prep a smoke some I'm...

    GLP's Jackknife Plug

I'll have to check my tin when I get home and see what year it is, IIRC it's 2011.

Dark Star or St. James Woods...What to Pop Next?

So I'm down to my last couple flakes of ODF and its time to open a new VA/ VAPer. I have a tin of '06 Mclellend Dark Star and '11 St. James Woods. Any thoughts on these two blends? I'm excited to try both but at the rate I smoke I'm only going to open one tin. Any tips for preparing either? I've...

    Dad

My prayers are with you and your family. I lost my Dad a year and half ago, still think about him everyday but its a little easier now. I only hope you can hang out and chat with him in your dreams, my Dad often visits me there. May your Dad find peace and comfort.

    Once Banned, Forever Banned?

Lol Yavuz could never have the restraint and grammar of Peck. I think Chris is right. I think everyone has bad days, weeks, sometimes months. Second chances, forgiveness, and friendship/fellowship is the way. That being said this is Kevin's house his rules.

    Another Take on Marlin Flake

I really enjoy marlin flake I like your description. I always thought it had kind of a toasted coconut flavor.

Pipe Grip Ambidextrous (or Lack Therof)?

Mostly clench on the right but I switch it up if I'm smoking for more than 15 mins. I use both hands but light with my right so hold the pipe with my left or just clench.

    NHL Playoffs

Since when was hockey about who was technically the best and played the cleanest? It's about who pushed harder to WIN no matter how that's accomplished. Both teams played well and while I agree Boston had some great forechecking and technical play they couldn't finish and that's the point of the...
