BTW, it is only one cob, the pictures just show both sides being one it goes from smooth to rough finish...or is it rough to smooth finish.. :lol: I should have it in a week or so. He just finished it today and sent me the photos. Hard to tell in the photo from the small size, but that ring at the end of the shank is real bone (I opted for a little of the WTF is that!)
I personally prefer longer cobs or wardens so I asked for an extra long shank with a hint of curves in it. He does make nose warmers for those who like the shorties.

You know, I'm not much on churchwarden type pipes, but I love the looks of that long bamboo cob. Congrats. I'd like to know how it smokes!

Really nice looking pipe. You are going to need one of the 50 foot rolls of pipe cleaners though.

Bent stem, double curve in the shank, 12" pipe cleaner passed to the bowl without effort...I'm impressed.
Can't wait to use it for the first time real soon. :puffpipe:
