I found the Smyrna to be excellent; nice spice and smoky elements throughout the bowl. War Horse ready rub is a great after meal smoke with more vitamin N than the other Standard Tobacco offerings but not a world spinning amount. Latakia availability.
Syrian latakia hasn't been grown in years and likely never will again. There is a little left in warehouses of a previous crop but when that is gone that's it. Cyprian latakia production is alive and well so there is no worry about running out of latakia.- prairiedruid

Izmir is the name of the town in Turkey, it was a Greek outpost called Smyrna long ago. The tobacco is named after the city in the region it is cultivated. So yes Izmir is Smyrna.- prairiedruid

Back Surgery #09
Hope it works out with the robotic surgery definitely sounds less invasive. My wife has had several surgeries and 4 fused vertebrae in her lower back. The surgeries were not successful and she's scared to let them try again so she spends most of her days in bed on morphine. Maybe this robotic...- prairiedruid

Do You Prefer Cyprian Latakia, or Syrian?
