I've Been Gone 5 Years...What the Hell Happened?

G.L. Pease for me, especially the Drucquer and Sons line has been fantastic. I’ve also been looking and will be getting a lot for L.J. Peretti. They are a local shop in Boston that has rave reviews here from a recent thread I asked about regarding how good they are compared to other brand names...

L.J. Peretti Stacked Up Against Other Tinned Brand Names

This is all super helpful, thank you all very much. I’ve been wanting to try them for awhile now, but have been disappointed in the past with some local blenders I’ve tried. Will definitely be placing an order then!

L.J. Peretti Stacked Up Against Other Tinned Brand Names

Hi Everyone! I have never had any experience with L.J. Peretti, and while reviews and discussions I’ve seen on here have proved helpful, I’m wondering what people’s experience has been with this blender in terms of value compared to other brand name blenders (such as G.L Pease, Mac Baren...

Been Smoking for a While, First Meerschuam Pipe, any Tips

I have an IMP meer that has a ton of fingernail dents in the bottom. I’m not sure why or what I’m doing, but just be careful in that department

Help With Navy And Other Spirit Infused Blends

I’ve heard these blends can ghost a pipe though, so maybe I ought to dedicate a pipe or two to these types of blends? Or no? I always do a warm water rinse after.

Help With Navy And Other Spirit Infused Blends

I see, great! I was on the fence but I will get the SG. As far as C&D, I’ve only ever tried their briar fox, which I didn’t like bc something in it made my throat tight. I may try the blockade though. Thanks!

    I Started With Matches

After a bit of time one develops a cadence and rhythm with matches. I’ve used a zippo too, I find if you’re smoking a lot it’s easier and less mess. But the taste is not good if you don’t wait to let fluid burn off.

Yes second the perertti recommendation. Plus they ship all over even international. I’m planning an order myself nice near future.

That is a good concern, I hadn’t thought of corrosion. Thanks!
