My Experience with Exclusive Baki Distributor TuWon Meerschaum on AliExpress

I am a big fan of Baki. I bought maybe four or five of them from Deniz Ural … but I also bought a few on EBay. So … you might want to have a saved search on EBay. Baki pipes do occasionally show up there.

Coloring Progress Over Time/No of Bowls in one Meerschaum Pipe

Every meerschaum colors in its own way. Obviously, there are many factors that figure in to the outcome. I have a lot of experience with meerschaum pipes (Baki, Bekler, CAO, IMP, Altinok, Gulel …) and every one is unique in how it colors.

Always helpful, your reviews. I have a fairly low nicotine tolerance, so knowing about that ahead of time, saves me headaches. I‘m definitely a fan of Ernie’s blends.

    Questions on Meerschaum

Meerschaum smokers have various ideas about waxing. Some use beeswax and apply it to a warm or hot pipe as they smoke it. Generally, it improves the patina, and it “could” help it to color quicker. Though, the coloring comes from inside … out. And yes, waxing and polishing the meerschaum is...
