    Just a thought for Kevin

It really isnt a bad idea, even the smallest amount of money does help people. But in all honestly maybe $5 for one $10 for three tickets, or something, you probably could raise a decent chunk of change, and $$$ changes peoples minds pretty fast

Just won my first Dunhill....sort of...

Yeah I saw that, its not bad, I have also seen whispers about a replacement dunhill stem, actually made by dunhill, and they run about 60 bucks, I think walker briar works will be good enough for me though

Graco is Not Just for Strolling Babies You Know

@edlogic Vulcanite is pretty good stuff, actually much more comfortable than lucite IMHO, it is just a pain to clean/keep clean. Enjoy your pipe though, you have to post pics when you get it :puffy:

Just won my first Dunhill....sort of...

Well I was the only one to bid on it, its a dunhill tanshell, the only problem is that it has a replacement stem, not bad looking over all but not a dunhill white dot. Maybe I will look around for a replacemnt dunhill stem Here it is Tell me what you think

Just Scored Seven Estate Pipes on Ebay

Not bad at all, looks like some oldies, and maybe a no name, not sure, to be honest, brands dont matter too much (let the kicking begin on that comment) but it really doent matter as long as they smoke well and you like them. Good luck and have fun cleaning them and smoking them

Graco is Not Just for Strolling Babies You Know

Me neither, and I have done things very similar to your example, you may have had a cheap plastic stem, similar to what is used on grabows and some late kaywoodies, it looks like vulcanite, but it is really plastic. I think you would have a hard time breaking through vulcanite in one chomp. On...

Sir Walter Raleigh Regular - Pipe Tobacco Review

Good comparison. Personally I agree with Mr Tate on this one, if its an OTC that I have to smoke it will be Captain Black, or Prince Albert

    Tim West Is The Man!

I emailed them several times, I think they may have a problem with computer literacy because I have gotten some very strange responses back. I never really thought about calling them until right now, as I am writing this post haha. Worth a try, I am very close to their shop

    Making Some Char Cloth

And for those of you who dont know what char cloth is, you take some cotton cloth (tshirt, rag, or in my case a bit of an old flannel blanket) and 'bake' it. Its very smoky work so to bake it, you put it in a tin can, with a little opening and throw it on the BBQ until its black and stops...
