Ok I hate rubber stems does anyone know of someone who can make a stem thats not rubber to my specs?

Walker Briar Works has made several pipe stems for me. The work is outstanding, but the wait is 6 weeks, but worth it.

Pretty much any pipe repairman can make you a lucite stem.
