Do You Smoke A $100+ Tobacco?

Since I bought most of my tobacco at normal prices, I don't think of it as $100 tobacco. I gave a friend a 1/2 tin of escudo that would go for about $100, but I see it as the $4.50 tin I bought in a clearance bin in 2006. I buy to enjoy it. If I worried about potential value, I'd be kicking...

Tsuge Tankard -Style- Pipes (They Serve A Purpose)

I'm assuming the dry tobacco in the lower chamber doesn't get burned. If so, can you put a cut piece of pipe cleaner in it like a Falcon?

    In the Hospital

Everyone is different. I have a friend who has occasional difficulty with fatty meals. I luckily had no dietary problems after my removal. Could 80 Year Old Cigars Still Be Smoked?

The odds that they were kept in proper storage is slim, but those cigar brands that are now crappy, machine made gas station brands were once hand rolled, decent tobacco. Some even incorporated Cuban leaf up to the embargo. Can't hurt to slowly rehumidify them and see what happens. At least you...

You know you are a confirmed pipe smoker when you're potty training your son and tell him to wipe the rim and don't leave dottle in the bowl.

A Message From Mike & Mary McNiel

I believe there are some cigar companies that grow their own leaf. I'm sure there is a reason pipe tobacco don't. Any ideas why not?

    Re-Hydrating Disks

I would use distilled water also if it is for a long term storage situation. I've had humidity cartridges and humidity beads in my cigar humidor get mold using tap and/or spring water.
