Awesome Filter Idea for MM Cobs!!!
Well I just tried it and it worked, I also have a bunch of cig filters, they do work too, but I hate changing it everytime is the thing. The paper thing will probably work too, ill give it a try, I have tons of paper, lots to recycle, maybe ill smoke it as a filter, than compost the remains...- jchaplick

Awesome Filter Idea for MM Cobs!!!
So tonight while I was sitting watching watching Tosh.0 an interesting thought came into my head. I was wanting a small smoke, but I just moved last week and most of my pipes are in boxes somewhere, but I had a cob in my car. It was a MM country gent. Your people's favorite blend
My girlfriend would rather no smell as in no smoke at all, my former next door neighbor, who used to come over while I smoked all the time, love VA/PERS especially excudo, but he also commented on macbaren club blend, 3 nuns, a few others favorably. He said it smelled manly lol- jchaplick

I Only Have $X...What do I buy?
Personally I think that it is almost (I said almost) a bad idea to have someone smoke from a briar to start. I think there is abig learning curve in the first two(ish) weeks, that starting with an MM cob of any kind can lessen. I think that if you start smoking, and smoke WAY too hot the taste...- jchaplick

Your best accidental blend
Not quite on the same page, but the other day I was using a buddies snuff, tried vanilla ice, didnt like it, switched nostrils and tried tangerine, didnt like it.....sat back and started smelling the best cremcicle scent everlol- jchaplick

Everclear substitute?
Personally I have heard of health risks by using isopropyl alcohol, I just use vodka or gin, they both work well for me, latley I have been using Svedka. Just buy the cheapest vodka you can find, it will do the job- jchaplick

Office Supplies = Pipe Accessories
Thats a great find, I havent done anything too special, just the normal improvised tampers and picks and the like. One thing I do that some may not have thought of, is I use my tamper, it has a little knife/scraper on it, as a snuff spoon.- jchaplick

At what age did you pick up a pipe?
I was 18, we smoked cigars ever friday outside the dorms,we switched to corncobs and otc blends because it was cheaper- jchaplick
