    You can try and rehydrate, but my experience, toss em. Cigars are delicious when kept at the correct humidity and temp, but bad when dried out. There are some great cigars out there today for $5.00-$8.00. If you try the ones you have and don't like them, you may get a bad taste in your mouth...
