Carolina Growing Less Tobacco
North Carolina has a "Tobacco Buy-out Tax". It is on all orders from C&D direct. I believe it is used to pay tobacco farmers not to plant tobacco. It's been thirty-years since I smoked Night Cap. If my memory serves me, it is a medium non-aromatic Latakia blend. Smoke it with a side of Whiskey before bed. That's what I did. Blending with OTCs
The three blends mentioned are all fine in their own right. But, if you want a suggestion, use Sir Walter Raleigh (original non-aromatic) as a base of one-third and experiment adding other OTC's to it. You may find a taste that you like. For example, 1/3 SWR; 1/3 PA; and 1/3 H&H. Mix well...- captainbob

Which pipe for Virginias and which for English blends?
